Scott A. Monett
President

Mr. Monett has a broad variety of experience in the Information Technology sector. He was Vice President of International Sales for CMP Express, Inc. prior to starting Monettech in 1992. His strengths are in definition of requirements, project management, system architecture and personnel management.

A frequent speaker at seminars and technology forums for Microsoft and other private and public institutions, Mr. Monett continues to participate in technology related seminars. What has made him a much sought after consultant is his emphasis on solid engineering, while at the same time maintaining a keen eye on the bottom line.

An innovative executive within the IT industry, Mr. Monett’s experience includes working with manufacturers, software publishers, service providers, distribution channels, and many vertical market segments. He possesses a variety of technical skills encompassing all layers of the OSI model as demonstrated by his experience as a Senior Network Architect for numerous international and domestic technology projects.

Donald A. Morton
Director of Contract Management
(Captain, USN Retired)

Mr. Morton has over 30 years experience in facilities planning, design, construction, operation, management, reliability-centered and predictivemaintenance.

As a member of OMB he prepared acquisition and contract documents for all phases and types of acquisition including the implementation the policy and implementation handbook for contracting of commercial and industrial functions. He was responsible for naval shipyards, naval aircraft repair facilities, and R&D laboratories. As Director of Public Works and Public Utilities for the US Naval Material Command, Mr. Morton managed all facilities and systems, including acquisition, operation, and maintenance of buildings, grounds, structures, utilities, housing, transportation and electric power generation and distribution. In that capacity he prepared a master plan for a multi-million modernization and expansion of the U.S.Naval Academy.

Mr. Morton was also Executive Officer of the homeport of the U.S. Atlantic Fleet Naval Construction Forces (Seabees). During the Vietnam War, he also has served as the Navy Congressional Liaison Officer to the US House and Senate Appropriations Committees.

Mr. Morton holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Naval Academy, a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a MBA degree from Boston College. He is a Registered Professional Engineer and a Certified Plant Engineer.

Mr. Morton has published numerous articles, white papers and technical documents.

William E. Kuhn
Controller

Mr. Kuhn was employed at the Organization of American States (OAS) from 1969 to 1983 as a Senior Economist. His functions there included economic studies, analysis of public investment programs, project preparation, management of technical assistance and training projects. He was a member of the Organization's Staff Association serving one term as Vice President.

Among his other duties at OAS, Mr. Kuhn worked actively with the Interagency group on Haiti whose membership included the World Bank, IMF (International Monetary Fund), USAID (United States Agency for International Development), Government of France, Government of Canada and the UNDP (United Nations Development Program).

Mr. Kuhn has considerable experience in business and finance. He served as Treasurer of a Washington DC based business where he was involved in agriculture and agro-industrial projects, project preparation and management of a limited partnership. His financial management skills qualify him to maintain costing and economic data related to complex projects for Monettech. He is especially adept at expense tracking and budgeting for large-scale projects of international scope.

Mr. Kuhn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hispanic Studies and a Master of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Miami where he was a teaching Assistant and held the University of Miami, Government of Honduras Fellowship at the University of Honduras. He was a Ph.D. candidate in economics at Vanderbilt University where he was a Research Assistant and held the Earhart Fellowship.

Mr. Kuhn is fluent in French and Spanish.

Mark McIntosh
Director of Commercial Projects

Mr. McIntosh spent more than 25 years in marketing and operations of technical products and services to niche markets from Boston to Washington, DC.

He began his career as operations manager and principal of a mechanical contracting company specializing in commercial HVAC and fire suppression systems for large commercial buildings. After selling his company he took a position as a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager for a licensed transportation storage, and disposal facility in Central New Jersey. He was responsible for overseeing federal and state contracts for analytical work, waste classification and environmental remediation.

Mr. McIntosh spent several years working in the advertising industry providing production cost controls on television, print and media projects for large national advertisers. Before joining Monettech he returned to the construction industry as a project manager in the design, construction and certification of secure facilities (SCIF).

He holds a BS in Communications Theory from Emerson College with postgraduate studies in physics and chemistry at the University of Massachusetts.
