OPTION 3: Statement of Work
Need something more
specific?
Some clients have one-time or repetitive technical support requirements
that are better served by Monettech's Statement of Work document.
This may be an office relocation, a new construction project, or a
major system upgrade. For these more specific types of task orders,
it is important to develop a list of specific customer requirements
and a plan to meet those requirements.
The process can be simple or complex depending on the project. Our
technical staff sits down with the technical staff and/or management
of the organization and defines exactly what technical solutions and
equipment your company needs and in what time frame you need them.
Monettech's engineering staff then drafts a Statement of Work that
expresses how your requirements will be met. Once the customer and
Monettech agree that the Statement of Work document accurately portrays
a solution to your requirements, a project manager is assigned. The
project manager is responsible for overseeing the project and ensuring
it is completed on time and to specification.

4: Fee for Service
Only when you need
it
Monettech is happy to accommodate customers that want to pay
by the hour for services provided. Travel time is charged for these
service calls, but we can generally react quickly to service requests.
Monettech does not guarantee a response time to Fee for Service customers.
